As a result of the squeeze-out settlement on 26 February 2010 issued by Terantium Investments Sp z o.o. (Terantium "), a company wholly owned by EQT, on 22 February 2010, Terantium now has 100 per cent. of HTL-STREFA S.A. share capital and the same proportion in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the shareholdes.

The Extraordinary General Meeting that will be held on 22 March 2010, subjected to a vote a resolution on the abolition of all HTL-STREFA shares dematerialization, which will end the next stage of the procedure for withdrawing the Company from the public listing.
